Everything Feng Shui

Everything Feng Shui provides same day shipping service.

If your order is placed prior to midday (EST) your order for items which are in stock are shipped out the same day. Only the items we have in stock are listed for purchase on our online shop. If for some unforeseen reason there is an issue with supply then you will be advised immediately.

Within Australia you can receive your order as quickly as the next working day or up to ten (10) days for more remote areas. For example; orders placed for Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne metro areas can be received the next working day. All other areas may be up to (but not necessarily) ten (10) working days.

For orders Australia wide we use the services of Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

For international orders we use the services of Australia Post.

International orders will usually take Ten (10) – Fourteen (14) working days to receive through standard parcel postage options.

What is your Return Policy?

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All returns must have a return authorisation number. Please call, fax or email for authorisation and provide a complete explanation for requesting a return. When shipping items back, please include:

Invoice number and date

Reason for return

Request for credit or replacement

Return authorisation number

A restocking or handling fee may be charged at our discretion. We will gladly replace or credit items which are defective or shipped in error.

On www.everythingfengshui.com.au this is provided by Thawte, before it is transmitted over the Internet to the National Australia Banking Corporation. This information will be decoded to specifically process your order and only by authorised personnel.

Your credit card information is entered at the National Australia Banking Corporation and this information is not available to Everything Feng Shui nor any of its consultants or staff. Your details are processed to authorise your payment amount in the same way utilised by major retail outlets, with Everything Feng Shui being notified of the success of this transaction in real time (i.e. as soon as your order arrives in our inbox).

When you have an unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom right corner of your browser you know that your connection is secure. Another indication is when the URL at the top of your browser begins with "https" instead of "http" – this indicates the use of the secure server.

Everything Feng Shui is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
