Spring is in the Air
I love spring and it's a great time to start new things. I started back at the gym and am concentrating on my diet however I always need to get my house in order before I can do this. Remember your house is a reflection of you so what did I do? Well an excellent spring clean. This included washing curtains, cleaning windows which of course give you clearer vision, cleaned out wardrobes, moved the furniture and cleaned out behind and underneath, cleaned the stove, bookcases etc. Sounds exhausting however it was all done in a weekend.......with little sleep. I find that once I get on a roll, my energy levels pick up and I just keep going. When my home is in order than so am I. So once the house was sorted it was time to focus on me and it was so much easier this time - when I excercise I have more energy and then stay on top of housework etc so heres hoping it continues!
Flying Stars for September
As you all know Feng Shui energies change from year to year, month to month and day to day although please don't send yourself crazy worrying about the daily ones. I personally focus on the annual ones and then take a look at the monthly ones to see what may be triggered that particular month. I'm not going to go into too much detail other than to point out the main issues in September to be mindful of.
If you have a bedroom in the East it's best to place a calabash here to absorb any sickness energy. Also just watch what you eat, no dodgy side show alley food! The North and South are great areas this month with lots of positive energy you can take advantage of!
Spending a lot of time in the West may have you feeling a bit lonely or overworked so make an effort for a bit of work/life balance - spend time with family and friends this month.
The Southeast can indicate some conflict stemming from communication problems - try and be concise and think before you speak......remember that saying "You catch bees with honey (sweetness), not vingear"
If you have a bedroom in the South west ensure you drink plenty of water to help flush out the kidneys and re-hydradate you!
Chinese Astrology for September
August is the month of Yin Wood sitting on top of the Rooster. If you are born in the year or day of the rabbit you may find change is in the air. This is not a bad thing as it could be in the form of travelling, moving house changing jobs etc. Therefore generally speaking you may feel restless and feel the need to change things. This is not necessarily a bad thing and indeed can be good. I personally love change, so rather than stress, embrace it!!
